Terms of use

This is a translation provided for convenience. Karaoque is operated by ae.digital, a Brazilian company. In case of any discrepancy, the Portuguese version prevails.
By using Karaoque (karaoque.com) you agree to these terms. Karaoque is a free service that turns your TV into a karaoke stage, controlled from your phone, with no app to install and no sign-up.
1. The service
Karaoque starts a party on your TV and lets guests join through a QR code, pick songs, react and see the scores. Karaoke videos are played from YouTube. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use Karaoque lawfully and respectfully. You may not: use the service for illegal or hateful content or content that violates the rights of others; attempt to overload, break into or circumvent the platform; or use offensive names or images. The party host is responsible for moderating participants.
3. Third-party content (YouTube)
Songs and videos come from YouTube and are subject to the YouTube and Google Terms. Karaoque does not host these videos; it only displays them through the official player. The availability of each video depends on YouTube.
4. Content you submit
You are responsible for the nickname and photo you choose. By uploading a photo, you represent that you have the right to use it. Images appear only within your party (on the TV, in the queue and on the leaderboard) and you can remove them at any time.
5. No warranties
Karaoque is provided "as is", with no guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Quality depends on your internet connection, your browser and YouTube's services. We are not responsible for outages beyond our control.
6. Trademark
Karaoque, its logo and its mascot belong to ae.digital. You may not copy or use them without permission.
7. Contact
Questions about these terms: contact ae.digital. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest revision.
